Modern Day Warranty

M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its ModernDay power units against electrical component failure for a period of ten (10) years. This warranty is transferable with the unit and is not solely limited to the original owner. Any parts (excluding filters) required within the first ten years will be furnished free of charge by the Authorized Dealer from whom the power unit was originally purchased. In addition, all ModernDay units are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship.

If an Authorized Dealer is not nearby, M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. will honor and perform required warranty services. The end user must return the unit to the factory freight pre-paid. This warranty does not apply to applications outside of North America, commercial applications, misuse, abuse, acts of God, operating without the filters, or units tampered with by unauthorized personnel.

SilentMaster Warranty

M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Silent Master power units against electrical component failure for a period of twelve (12) years. This warranty is transferable with the unit and is not solely limited to the original owner. Any parts (excluding filters) required within the first twelve years will be furnished free of charge by the Authorized Dealer from whom the power unit was originally purchased. In addition, all Silent Master units are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship.

If an Authorized Dealer is not nearby, M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. will honor and perform required warranty services. The end user must return the unit to the factory freight pre-paid. Flo-Master Warranty

M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Flo-Master power units against electrical component failure for a period of ten (10) years. This warranty is transferable with the unit and is not solely limited to the original owner. Any parts (excluding filters) required within the first ten years will be furnished free of charge by the Authorized Dealer from whom the power unit was originally purchased. Model F450f is warranted for three (3) years. In addition, all Flo-Master units are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship.

If an Authorized Dealer is not nearby, M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. will honor and perform required warranty services. The end user must return the unit to the factory freight pre-paid. This warranty does not apply to applications outside of North America, commercial applications, misuse, abuse, acts of God, operating without the filters, or units tampered with by unauthorized personnel.

Accessories and Parts Warranty

M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. warrants the Accessories and Parts from defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase, except for motors, which have a one (1) year residential warranty. Other product warranty exceptions may apply and will be notated accordingly on the applicable product’s page on this website. This warranty excludes damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, commercial applications or repair performed by unauthorized personnel. Ordinary wear and tear is also not covered under this warranty for parts such as belts or bulbs.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, or for questions regarding the warranty or service, first call the original seller from whom the purchase was made. If that seller is not available within a reasonable period of time, please call M.D. Customer Service at 1-800-997-2278. A return authorization number will be required for items sent to M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending any item to M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. Returned items that are repaired under warranty will be repaired and returned for free. M.D. reserves the right to replace the product with one of equal or greater value.

Commercial Use Warranty

Products sold and used in industrial and/or commercial applications qualify for a limited 90-day warranty.
